All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Free standard shipping for Australian print orders, express option available please enquire. Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. All prints are shipped from Melbourne, Australia and usually take 5-7 days to arrive within Australia or 1-3 weeks for International orders.
Carrier used is Aus Post, all orders are tracked with order updates sent via email.
International Shipping – VAT, Duties & Customs
If you’re buying artwork from outside of Australia, please note that customs rules and regulations specific to your country may apply.
- International shipping is approximately $20 AUD, calculated at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for any customs, import duties, GST/VAT or taxes applied by their country.
- Some countries have ‘duty-free’ limits for anything up to $2500 (eg. US) but most countries in the European Union charge higher fees, approx. 20-30% of purchase price (depending on country).
- Please check with your local authority as duties and fees need to be paid before your country’s customs will release your print for delivery.
