Refund policy

Returns
Noelle Healy Art returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return the item must be unused, in the same condition it was received and in the original packaging. To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are not possible for change of mind reasons as all prints are made to order and are created specifically for you. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please get in contact as soon as possible.

Noelle Healy Art is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Return Shipping
To return your product (if approved) you will be provided a postal address.

Customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 
If you’re shipping an order over $100 in value, please consider tracking shipping as I cannot guarantee I’ll receive your returned item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I’ve have received your returned item. I’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The timeline for this is at the discretion of the payment provider.
